Refund policy

At Frameworks.pics, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. Visit our Contact page to engage with a Customer Success team member so we can review the issue or send you the information needed to return your order.

Returns for reasons other than Frameworks.pics error will be subject to a 50% return fee. We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 7 days after it was ordered.

Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow ten days once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
